Privacy, terms & refunds

This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my website, sign up for The Fingerprint, or interact with me online, and what I do with it.

Who I am

What I collect

• Your name and email address when you sign up, book a call, or join my mailing list
• Payment details when you purchase (processed securely by PayPal or the relevant payment provider – I don't store your card or payment details myself)
• Any information you share with me during calls, in the Skool community, or via email

What I use it for

• To deliver the program and communicate with you about it
• To send you emails related to The Fingerprint (updates, session reminders, resources)
• To send occasional emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Email

I use MailerLite to manage my mailing list. When you subscribe, your data is stored on their servers. You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

My website uses basic cookies to keep things running. I don't use tracking cookies for advertising. If a third-party tool on the site (like an embedded form or payment page) sets its own cookies, that's covered by their own privacy policy.

Third-party platforms

The Fingerprint Club runs on Skool. When you join, you'll create a Skool account, which is subject to Skool's own terms and privacy policy. I don't control what Skool collects on their platform.

Your rights

You can ask me to update, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@sarahraanan.com If you're on my mailing list, every email has an unsubscribe link.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll note the date at the top. I won't make any major changes without letting you know.

By purchasing The Fingerprint, you agree to the following.

What you're buying

A year in The Fingerprint Club. The first 12 weeks are The Fingerprint, the foundational program, with a live group call every week. From month 4 to month 12 there is one group Q&A call a month, recorded, with questions sent in beforehand, and your work is reviewed in the Skool community with feedback within 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday. Payment

You can pay in full or in instalments. All three payment options buy the same year in the Club. If you choose an instalment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of whether you continue attending sessions. Your place is confirmed when your first payment is received.

Access

Your place in The Fingerprint Club runs for 12 months from the start of your cohort. During that time you get the calls, the recordings, the program materials, feedback on your work and the Club itself, which runs on Skool.

After 12 months you can stay in the Club for $149 a month and keep the monthly call, the feedback and new resources. That rate stays the same for as long as your renewal stays active without a break, and for as long as I run the Club. If you cancel and come back later, you'll pay whatever the rate is then.

If you don't renew, your place in The Fingerprint Club ends. You keep the Claude tools and systems you built (they live in your own Claude account) and your copies of the recordings of your own cohort's calls.

Platforms and changes

The Fingerprint relies on tools run by other companies: Claude (made by Anthropic), Skool, Zoom and PayPal. I don't control them, and they can change or remove features at any time.

• The Claude tools you build live in your own Claude account, so they're yours. They also depend on Claude continuing to work the way it does now. If Anthropic changes or removes a feature a tool relies on, I'll show paying members how to adapt it, but I can't promise every tool will keep working exactly as it was built.
• I may move the Club, the calls or the materials to a different platform. If I do, I'll give you 30 days' notice and make sure members can get into the new one.
• The format of the calls, the feedback and the materials may change as the group grows. While your membership is active, you'll still get a monthly call and feedback on your work.
• If I ever close the Club, I'll give you 30 days' notice. Renewal payments stop when it closes, and you won't be charged for any time after that.
• If I ever have to end your place in the Club before your 12 months are up, I’ll give you 30 days’ notice and refund the months you haven’t had. If you’re paying in instalments, the payments stop.

What I expect from you

• Show up, do the work, ask questions
• Be respectful to other members in the group and on the Skool community
• Don't share login details, program materials, or recordings with anyone who hasn't paid for the program

What you can expect from me

• A live group call every week for the first 12 weeks, then one a month for the rest of your membership
• Personal review and feedback on your work, within 48 hours, Sunday to Thursday
• A place in The Fingerprint Club, and the materials, for the length of your membership

Intellectual property

The Claude tools, frameworks, templates, and materials I provide are for your personal and business use. You can use everything I give you in your own business for as long as you like. You can't resell them, redistribute them, or teach them as your own.

Liability

I'll give you the best tools, feedback, and support I can. I can't guarantee specific business outcomes because your results depend on the work you put in and factors outside my control. Nothing I teach is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Removal

If a participant is disruptive or disrespectful to other members, I reserve the right to remove them from the group. In that case, I'll discuss it with you privately first.
