Privacy, terms & refunds

This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my website, sign up for The Fingerprint, or interact with me online, and what I do with it.

Who I am

What I collect

• Your name and email address when you sign up, book a call, or join my mailing list
• Payment details when you purchase (processed securely by PayPal or the relevant payment provider – I don't store your card or payment details myself)
• Any information you share with me during calls, in the Skool community, or via email

What I use it for

• To deliver the program and communicate with you about it
• To send you emails related to The Fingerprint (updates, session reminders, resources)
• To send occasional emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Email

I use MailerLite to manage my mailing list. When you subscribe, your data is stored on their servers. You can read their privacy policy at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

My website uses basic cookies to keep things running. I don't use tracking cookies for advertising. If a third-party tool on the site (like an embedded form or payment page) sets its own cookies, that's covered by their own privacy policy.

Third-party platforms

The Fingerprint runs on Skool. When you join, you'll create a Skool account, which is subject to Skool's own terms and privacy policy. I don't control what Skool collects on their platform.

Your rights

You can ask me to update, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing hello@sarahraanan.com If you're on my mailing list, every email has an unsubscribe link.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll note the date at the top. I won't make any major changes without letting you know.

By purchasing The Fingerprint, you agree to the following.

What you're buying

A place in The Fingerprint, a 12-week group program with lifetime access to the Skool community, materials, and updates after the program ends. Details of what's included are on the sales page.

Payment

You can pay in full or in installments. If you choose an installment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of whether you continue attending sessions. Your place is confirmed when your first payment is received.

Access

You get lifetime access to the Skool community, recorded sessions, and program materials for as long as the platform is active. If I ever move to a different platform, I'll make sure you still have access to everything.

What I expect from you

• Show up, do the work, ask questions
• Be respectful to other members in the group and on the Skool community
• Don't share login details, program materials, or recordings with anyone who hasn't paid for the program

What you can expect from me

• Weekly live calls as described on the sales page
• Personal review and feedback on your work
• Ongoing access to the community and materials after the 12 foundational weeks

Intellectual property

The Claude tools, frameworks, templates, and materials I provide are for your personal and business use. You can use everything I give you in your own business for as long as you like. You can't resell them, redistribute them, or teach them as your own.

Liability

I'll give you the best tools, feedback, and support I can. I can't guarantee specific business outcomes because your results depend on the work you put in and factors outside my control. Nothing I teach is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Removal

If a participant is disruptive or disrespectful to other members, I reserve the right to remove them from the group. In that case, I'll discuss it with you privately first.
